1. What if I don’t have a business idea yet?
Perfect. This program is designed to help you find clarity—whether you already have an idea or are still figuring it out. You’ll explore your strengths, passions, and goals in a supportive environment, and leave with direction and next steps.
2. I just moved to the Netherlands. Is this too soon for me?
Not at all. In fact, this is the perfect time to ground yourself with support, confidence, and a clear sense of purpose. This program helps you feel settled emotionally while building a strong foundation for your next chapter.
3. How much time will it take each week?
Expect to spend around 90 minutes a week on the live Zoom call and about 30 minutes on reflection or worksheets. It’s manageable and designed to fit your life—even if you're working, studying, or adjusting to life in a new country.
4. I’m shy or nervous about group coaching—what if I don’t want to share everything?
That’s completely okay. You’ll never be pressured to share more than you’re comfortable with. Many women start quietly and open up naturally over time as trust builds—you’ll be in a kind, respectful space.
5. Will the sessions be recorded if I can’t attend live?
Yes! All sessions are recorded and shared privately with the group, so you can watch them back anytime. You’ll never fall behind.
6. Can I work with you 1:1 too?
Yes! If you'd like more personal support, you can book an optional 1:1 “boost session” during the program or continue with private coaching after the group ends.
7. Is this program only for women in the beauty industry?
No, not at all. While Lana has a strong background in the beauty world, Skynstitute is open to all women—whether you're interested in starting a service-based business, launching a passion project, or simply reconnecting with your purpose. The tools and support work across all industries.
8. What if I’ve already started something, but I feel stuck?
Then you’re in the right place. Many women in this program have taken a few steps but feel overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward. This experience will help you reset, refocus, and build momentum with renewed clarity.
9. How big is the group?
To keep the experience personal and supportive, each group is kept intimate—usually 6 to 10 women. This allows space for every voice to be heard, connections to be made, and coaching to feel tailored.
10. What’s the difference between this and regular business coaching?
Skynstitute is not a cold, strategy-only business course. It’s designed for expat women navigating change, identity, and ambition. You’ll get both mindset and strategy—so you feel emotionally grounded and ready to take real action.
11. What happens after the 6 weeks?
You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and an action plan—but your journey doesn’t have to end there. You’ll have the option to continue with Lana 1:1, join future programs, or even move into advanced trainings like The SKYNFORMULA.
